Photo Engraved Heart Necklace

I have ordered this pendant twice, the first one the pendant was coming off from the chain and thought I had lost it and ordered a second one, I thought it would be same but to my surprise the chain is thicker and looks much better, so I am very pleased with this item although I still have the first one but I am afraid to wear it it because it comes out the chain, I would like to know if you can fix the chain and pendant issue, thank you
