Ultrasuede Fringed Show Chaps

Just didn’t fit right. No matter what size we tried. Also our first order we had poor customer service. When I asked why our package hadn’t shipped I was told it was due to the holiday. 4th of July is one day even if staff was given 2 or 3 days off it should never take 19 days to receive an item. TEMU has faster shipping. When I emailed and complained instead of taking responsibility for the shipping error and apologize they blamed it on the holiday. When we returned the chaps the replacement pair made it to us in 4 days so again the first round taking 19 days was absolutely them dropping the ball.
