It is cute but the two parts of the dress are not the exact color

- Dress came with obvious damage on the straps and skirt - Customer support was responsive at the beginning, but then 1. Only offered 15% discount on next order, when the dress costs +$240 2. Said that they can offer a partial refund or send a new dress but it might not come (When the actual order came within 3 days from March 4-7). As the dress is needed on April7, the timeline and “inability” to send a replacement does not follow through 3. My last email and point of contact was March 11, and I still don’t have a reply when enquiring about the two given options above The dress and design is gorgeous, but the quality does not at all reflect the price of the product. It is difficult to recommend a beautiful product and brand when it is not translated well in practice.
