I am absolutely thrilled! I received my bag with the silk ribbon in less than 24 hours. At first, I was a bit worried because I had sent an email about 10 minutes after placing my order, requesting the black gift box. I thought it might have been too late and that the bag would be shipped without it. But that wasn’t the case at all. It arrived perfectly in the black box, so carefully wrapped in tissue paper with protective plastic covering the metal details. Everything was impeccable. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier!

I received this with my bag as part of the Black Friday promotion. The sale assistant who looked after me at be the Burlington Arcade store tied it to the top handle perfectly. She also assisted me in picking the colour and ur matches perfectly. Great service all round.
