Overnight Retinol Powerbalm

The Beauty and the Boutique customer service team deserves 5 stars! I received a faulty product and this was dealt with very efficiently! The Retinol Powerbalm itself is a very good product, after just 2 weeks I am seeing visible results with no irritation of my sensitive skin. The packaging could be improved upon though. I highly recommend Beauty & the Boutique and your order comes hand wrapped which is a lovely touch.

Was disappointed due to the pump not working, however the customer service with this faulty product was excellent
