The first year was great as I buy a lot from you , paid it for this year but seem to be being charged for my postage any way , I need to contact you but can’t get through

I never used it so it was a very expensive add on plus it was renewed sneakily as direct debit which is just a rubbish thing to do. Luckily my bank alerted me to a pending and I since cancelled it but its sneaky.
