Lovely rug! Arrived a bit earlier than expected which is impressive for a fully custom rug. The colors are a bit more muted than in the web images, but I actually prefer that. The quality is excellent.

Was a little skeptical, but the price was right. Bought a 6x11 foot rug and a matching runner. Both came in excellent packaging, feel like real wool, and have rich colors matching the website appearance. Much thicker than the old rug I had. No off-gassing like you get with cheaper polyester rugs. Very pleased and will likely buy again
