Great boots
Lovely looking and well made boots, but they are difficult to get on, you need to loosen laces almost to the bottom.
The have a fabric finger pull to help but it is too small for a normal humans finger.

Top marks for customer service
I have an ongoing specific electronic issue with returns which is being dealt with this does mean I have to contact customer service - I have to say Ridian ( hopefully I’ve spelt correctly) is always a pleasure to speak to and a credit to OS - helping me out on a number of occasions. Thank you.
