My new Quick Fit band

I incorrectly ordered the wrong strap for my watch and missed the emailing checking I really wanted the strap I ordered as Strapify feared I was wrong. I WAS. I returned the strap by post and it took an inordinate amount of time to reach Strapify. They kept me advised of the non-arrival and finally when it was received. I completed the returns form and, Hey Presto, my replacement strap arrived very soon after. The outcome was excellent due to the diligence and concern of the Strapify team. You can feel great confidence in dealing with them.
