Lifts hold lots more than I expected

Aux-Lift is great. I bought 2 to get rid of all the stacked crates on my garage floor and am I happy!! Installation was done by a contractor so I can' t speak to the ease of installation or the directions provided but the final result is perfect. I have a slanted garage roofline and I didn't expect to get as much on to the lift as I have. GREAT PRODUCT!

Perfect solution

I had two 600 lbs lifts installed in my two-car garage and they work great! Solid construction, smooth operation. They hold a lot and now I can park my two cars in the garage.

Great Product, Horrible Installation Instructions

The lift works great, is well-built and does its job as advertised. The installation instructions are the worst. I tried following the videos. It turns out they were for a different model. I reverted back to the written instructions which were a jumble of illustrations and random words on the page. After I finally got the lift installed, calibrating the settings were impossible. Thank goodness for Scott in technical support. He walked me through the complicated adjustments and now the lift operates as it should.
