Customer service is VERY slow
I received a beautiful vest for Christmas but it was the wrong size. I emailed the company on Dec. 28, requesting an exchange. The exchange was approved on January 2. Most companies are immediate in their response. I sent the vest back to them on the day I got the OK to exchange it. According to my tracking number, it was delivered to them on Jan. 8. After waiting several weeks for the new vest to arrive, I emailed them on Jan. 30 to ask why I hadn't received the it yet. Thankfully, I had the tracking number and information about the date and time it was delivered to them. They could not find a record of it, so created another exchange order. I finally received the vest a few days ago. Today is Feb. 11. I will not order from them again because it was a painful process, although the vest is very nice quality.
