Satisfied but not impressed

The product arrived with cracked plastic on one of the links. This doesn’t inhibit proper function of the product so I decided not to return it. Be aware that the base of the unit is MUCH lighter than expected and will move when the devices is loaded with more than a few cables or any cables under tension. Overall I am satisfied with the product but it is a prime example of getting what you pay for. It doesn’t feel premium by any sense of the word but does get the job done.
