Each time, the rep was very helpful. They were also responsive when I emailed for questions. Their art instructions and online template were easy to follow & placing the order was a breeze. Their turnaround was quick. I placed the order on a Fri before noon, received proof later that afternoon, and received the product the following Fri. My friend was very happy with his table throw.
