I ordered these a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. I sent an email when I hadn’t received a shipping notice after 2 weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel the order- no reply. I sent another the following week to cancel the order- no reply. I called and they refused to cancel the order, saying it was in processing. They said they would ship it by the end of that week (5 days out!). It has still not arrived. The person I spoke to was the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Looks like I’m not the only one who has experienced this with this company

Absorbent part isn't big enough to catch what it needs to catch so I just bled right through my clothes. Very disappointed
