Provides enough support when working out and easy to use pumping and breastfeeding features. High quality material overall. Highly recommend. I will say the size guide said that I was a medium, but I find the large more comfortable with still the same amount of support

Wish I would have found these at the beginning of my postpartum time! As someone who trains like an athlete but was dealing with a new body, including very large breasts because I was breastfeeding, these bras were a game changer for me with being able to workout without breast pain during jumping and running. They also are super convenient for breast pumping or feeding before or after a workout which I was doing in early post partum. Would recommend these to ALL my mama friends!
