I am very unhappy with my purchase of the Surebonder stapler. It just doesn't work - no matter how hard I try. When I depress the handle, a staple just slides out and falls to the ground. There is no forceful action of insertion - like all staplers have. I have tried both standard and trigger modes and I have varied the force using the + and - switch. No difference. This stapler is entirely useless. I am an engineer, not an casual DIY user. I understand how to use complex tools. This product just does not work and it cost me a ton of time on a recent client job. I have switched back to using classic cable staples that require a hammer. I know they work. I appreciate innovation and hope you are able to work out the problems with your product. For now, I could never recommend it to anyone.

The device is absolutely perfect. Best Staple gun that I have ever used No doubt about it.
