One Board Shoe Bench

Good Plan - I built a small version

My toddler grandson needed a shoe bench that was his size. By eliminating the second shelf and shortening the legs, I have a bench with a finished height of 12.5 inches. For the painted frame, I used construction grade pine. For the top and slats, I used oak. The top is a glue up of two one by tens ripped down to 9 inches.
