Aliso Leather Ottoman

Kudos to Hydeline for their responsiveness and excellent customer service. We received our ottoman six days after we ordered it. When it arrived we noticed a small seam separation and surface scratch. We sent a photo to Hydeline customer service. They contacted an upholstery repair service but were told the damage could not be repaired. Hydeline immediately provided us with a return shipping label and ordered a replacement ottoman which was delivered just four days later and in perfect condition. Special thanks to Talia at Hydeline for taking great care of us throughout the process.
