Products formula keeps changing

When I first started using these products back in 2021 I thought it was the miracle I needed. My face was like a porcelain doll. I was getting compliments left and right. I was wearing no makeup on days where I was just hanging out and nothing facing or pressing to get to. My confidence was at an all time high. I was taking pictures all the time and people were in awe on how clear my skin had become. I was so proud to tell them what products I were using. This glee didn’t last long. In 2022, I noticed an order came and the packaging was different, the product smelled different, and the color was off. I figured well maybe it’s a new and improved version and no one updated us on it. Boy, was I wrong! First it started breaking my face out. A few blemishes would appear here and there. I had a back up blemish treatment from glam glow that works like a charm so I wasn’t sweating it. Then the next batch came and my face went into overdrive. I was crying every day because my face had reverted back to its state before I started using the products. I was devastated. I wrote the company to avoid jumping on and writing a review, to hopefully rectify the situation. I really wanted to believe in it again. So it was time to order more and I was debating whether I should, but like I said, I had so much hope. So I did it, I ordered more. This time when it came it was totally different than the last few times, so I immediately sent it back within the ten days. That was four months ago and I spent over $300 dollars, that money is lost because I haven’t heard from them or received any money. It’s super disheartening and I’m sad that this didn’t turn out to be what I need as my miracle and life long face routine.
