The product itself is amazing but I was disappointed with the customer service as I enquired about this product prior to Black Friday Sales to confirm if it was likely to go on sale before I ordered it as a Christmas present for my daughter. I was advised that it was highly unlikely as this product is very popular and so with that, I made sure I ordered straight away so that I didn’t miss out leading up to Christmas. The day it arrived was also the day it was on an extended Black Friday sale. It just felt disappointing as I reached out wanting to check first and to be told it was highly unlikely to then seeing it on sale was frustrating.
