Never had pork this fatty in my life. Never knew it could be this rich. Absolute flavor. Love it.

Will Buy Again
I was going to make bacon sandwiches with it, because you can’t really find back bacon in the US. But my wife got a hold of the jowl bacon and used it to make a bacon and mushroom pasta cream sauce of her own design. I regret nothing.
