Veldismagn Box

I purchased this Veldismagn box for my overseas voyage, intending it to serve as a "traveling altar for Odin." Veldismagn is an ancient Icelandic magical sigil that means "to give power and strength" ('veldi': power; 'magna': to strengthen). Traditionally, it was used for protection, luck, health, and ensuring a safe return from travels. The sigil was believed to ward off evil and ensure a whole and healthy return, whether traveling by land or sea. Thanks to Rachel for ensuring that the Odin Ritual Kit I purchased fit inside the box, with some room to spare. Given my safe return from my journey, this box has fulfilled its purpose!
