Cessna 182-XL Tow Bar (04M-182-XL)

Perfect OEM replacement

It was a pain trying to use the tow bar supplied with my Cessna T182T. It was too short and required a means to keep the clamp closed. The Bogert 182-XL tow bar works well and mounts in the same location as the OEM tow bar.

The longer bogert bar makes a world of difference steering especially since my hangar has a bit of an incline coming up to it. The factory bar actually popped off once and i had to jam my foot under the main to stop the plane from rolling into the opposite hangar's door. Had to leave my shoe as a chock till i got the bar back on. No chance of that happening with the heavier duty plus locking bogert bar.

I am not Charles. But, I did purchase two C182-XL tow bars in the past 60 days for the Civil Air Patrol. We are quite satisfied with the product. The beat the OEM ones that came with the planes. We are about to purchase six more. The customer service was excellent and responsive.
