Game Changer

I have been looking at this product for some time now. First saw it demonstrated on Tony’s Cool Tools. The design is what made me finally place my order. It is customizable for organizing all tools and equipment. I bought the chainsaw accessory and now have all my chainsaw tools and equipment in one place ready at all times to hook up to the tractor. The owner Timothy Descoteaux provided excellent customer service. There were 2 very minor issues that were not a problem for me.I was just letting him know in case those issues popped up again during assembly. Without asking for any compensation for these issues he sent me another accessory free of charge and offered to send extra hardware to replace the defective ones. Super nice to do business with this family owned business (it’s him and his daughter). They even answer the phone when you call.

Thank you Tim! I love it and The construction is heavy duty and Ultimate Package attachment are also heavy duty and were worth adding on for sure. I wish I had bout it when I first saw several years ago. It would have saved countless steps when Clearing trees and chores around the property and pond maintenance etc. Also, it was pretty easy to assemble with the easy directions step by step. Brad

I can’t say enough about how well built, solid, and excellent customer support that big tool rack has. I purchased the ultimate tool rack and could not be more satisfied. One of the best attachments I’ve ever gotten for my tractor. And these guys are just a pleasure to deal with.
