Magdalene Single Sconce

Gorgeous!

This sconce is absolutely stunning—the shape, color, and sheen are all literal perfection. My only complaint is that there are no measurements posted for the size of the baseplate. Which is, sadly, too small for our needs. Because of its unique shape, the baseplate gives the illusion of only being as big as the narrowest part when it’s on the wall. This unfortunately won’t work for us because we’re looking for sconces to put next to a king size canopy bed and these look overly small next to it. Oddly, a sconce that has all the same proportions—but has a base plate that is uniformly the same size as the widest point of the Magdalene base plate—looks like the right size. I’m so disappointed this didn’t work out because, stylistically, it’s perfect. I’d love to see a bigger version in the future!
