Like the top opening concept which is useful if hotel room is small. Pic shows bag packed at half the capacity. Light material and wheels look sturdy. It was recommended by ChatGPT when I asked for recommendations for a sturdy, top opening 28 inch luggage. Only zipper is not as smooth especially at the corners. Any advice on making it smoother?

Love the versatility of this model. Opening up the top and keeping things in or accessing them when needed is a breeze. And the shell is quite lite too. I would definitely recommend it.

The rollers are smooth and the box is quite lite for a hard top. I would highly recommend it.
