So far its ok - It is my first time with ISO so I do find some of it hard to navigate

I found it very useful and easy to follow. I had a few issues with the macros however, after contacting your support team, it was then resolved. I have now looked at the new bundle you’ve published, I love it. The new templates are awesome especially the Implementation Plan. The format you’ve put the folders is also fantastic. I am even looking to acquire the ISO 20000 bundle for my ICT department. Keep up the great work. This is truly helpful.
