Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 + CoQ10

The products are easy to take which is great but there are no instructions on when or how to take them. Do you take on an empty stomach, with food, an hour before you eat or anything. They all say the same thing,take one serving daily or as directed by your health care provider. That is great if your health care provider believes in natural remedies. Mine doesn’t & where I live doctors are very hard to find. The only one that has clear instructions is the Glutathione. I have six boxes of supplements. The other issue for me is the flavor choices & that is not their issue, it is just unfortunate that I am allergic to vanilla & almond which leaves out many of the supplements I need. You cannot do all things for all people but, instructions on when & how to take them seems pretty basic to me.
