Flawless Neutralising Gel

I have used and brought multiple timea as it really does work and is a great spot cream however this recent bottle i have purchased has had random gritty chunks in it. I delayed mentioning it as it was only occasionally and since it was freezing weather when i brought it i pit it down to freezing however more recent there have recently been large chunks which have clogged the openeing ans stopped cream getting out, i am unsure what this is or why it is in the cream. Is it safe?
