Nice upgrade from the a7Riv. The articulating screen, AI etc are great. Appears to track faster and better. The addition of the Faster memory chips is appreciated. The only negative I have found so far is the electronic shutter has no sound provision. I believe Sony could easily correct this with a software update.

Another fast and smooth transaction with B&C, thank you! This is my 6th different Sony camera body model over the years and Sony has finally nailed it! All the gripes I had about previous R models are gone. The auto focus is on another level. The option to choose different file sizes. The tilt AND flip screen. Updated menu system. My only minor nitpick is I wish it had the A1 shutter. This one is a little loud after getting accustomed to the A1's quiet shutter. There is silent mode with the electronic shutter for those times you need silence. I give this model a 9.5/10.
