Worth it

I just reintroduced this spray after going about a year without it and saw a huge difference in 3 days. I have sensitive skin, eczema, damaged barrier and breakouts - when I use this on damp skin followed by the vitamin C oil and a skin barrier repairing cream, everything works in symbiosis. My face looks clear, pimples reduce, scars lighten, texture goes away, makeup looks good, I can look put together without makeup it’s honestly the best. Only thing is I order from Canada and the shipping/duty is BRUTAL. Please stock in Sephora or do something for your loyal Canadian customers. Also - the cap can pull off the spray nozzle completely so be careful.

Great product but packaging and customer service leave something to be desired

I love this toner but it does NOT travel well. The cap cracks very easily and the pump twists loose with barely any movement. I recently learned this the hard way when I discovered that the bottle I packed in my dedicated toiletries bag has spilled out completely. If you are going to travel with it, consider pouring it into a more secure bottle. Given how customer service can't even be bothered to reply to basic e-mail inquiries (unrelated to this issue), I wouldn't express any confidence they'll take any constructive feedback to heart either.

My favorite essence!

Using this essence has become my absolute favorite step before applying any serums. Keeps my skin hydrated and I love the smell! Will definitely have to get the travel size for misting on the go.
