Seemed like a good product, then after 2 months is stated to generate a great deal of heat and was too hot to touch. Contacted the company for warranty 4th Dec 2023 and still waiting for a replacement. Communication has been poor, as I have had to initiate contact on every occasion - warranty claim no 79750
