Hiawatha Mini Wallet Antique Medium Brown

The wallet is truly beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end for me. I used it for about two weeks before switching back to a less bulky option. When I moved my things over, I had to remove many cards, coins, and other items just to make everything fit and allow the zipper to close without forcing it. This was surprising, especially since my previous wallet—about half the size—managed to hold much more. I expected it to be on the larger side, but it feels almost comically bulky. There’s a layer of foam between the outer leather & the inner lining, which adds unnecessary thickness. The designer mentioned that this foam is needed for the wallet’s “structure,” but I haven’t encountered anything like this in other artisan wallets I’ve owned, all of which have been durable and lasted for years without this feature. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this wallet. The design is beautiful, it’s not practical for everyday use, and seems overpriced for what you actually get.
