SLEEVES TIGHT

I ordered up a size as i wanted my son to be able to wear a hoodie underneath and it came and was huge so i order again but the next size smaller and fits really good but my son complains the sleeves are tight. debating if i want to chance the sizing and order custom singlets or not.
