Issues with spraying and even coats

While I've had great success with other SMS paints and metallics (like Super Silver), the Light Gold always seems to give me problems with air brushing. I'm not sure if something is off with the metallic flake size, but Light Gold does spray well for me at lower psi (10-12 psi) where it's ideal to airbrush metallics, and I have to end up increasing the psi and wasting most of the paint. Maybe I just have a bad bottle of it, but Light Gold has been a disappointing paint considering how top notch most SMS paints are.
