Kinetic Pierce Platinum Component Installation

This is the second order I have made for ready-to-shoot GT Kinetic Pierce Platinum arrows. I do like the arrows themselves, they shoot exceedingly well and seem to be very durable and well made. I had zero issues with the component install on the first set of arrows, they have held up very well. My experience with the most recent order is very disappointing. On the second round of shots with this recent set of 1/2 dozen arrows, two of the arrows when pulled from the Block target left the tip, insert, and ballistic collar in the target. That’s a failure rate of 33% so far…I stopped shooting the others until I get time to look at them further. I was able to recover the tips and inserts, but will have to purchase replacement ballistic collars. Disappointing to spend that kind of money on what I perceive as a higher end item and have this happen. I will very likely purchase the same arrows again but will likely do the component install myself.
