I loved the idea of replaceable batteries. I don't like the fact that the nocks don't light when used. I can physically turn them on, but they don't light consistently when shot. I even altered the (tight) fit on the string and it didn't really help. Since I use lighted nocks when I practice to keep from loosing arrows and so I can better see where they hit on my haybale target, I've taken to just turning the nock on when I start practice and turn it off when I finish. For that purpose, they work, but wouldn't be at all useful in a setting when you needed them to work as advertised.
