Tote Bag

I am a little disappointed more with the service than the product. I brought a black tote bag as I am moving to Australia and wanted to take a little bit of home with me. I ordered the free embroidery to find when I received the bag it hadn’t been done. I contacted customer service and there was no real apology and if I wanted it done then I would have to pay another $19 for freight. I felt a bit ripped off as that wasn’t a me issue it was either systems or service so why should I be out of pocket. $299 for a bag is a lot of money to some people and I wanted this as a special reminder as a farmer also in NZ when I went to Australia. Bag is lovely but I am just disappointed in ordering something and not getting what I wanted.

Fantastic tote

Great tote bag. Perfect size for day to day shopping. But best of all I love that it’s made here in NZ with sustainable, natural fibres. What’s not to love!
