I use to live in New Zealand , came to america had to google where to find Nz snapper, and here kai gourmet my go to for nz snapper , the fish came fresh and cleaned and made us some raw seafood chowder and pan fried snapper , the texture reminds me of home, this is the beat fish of the sea!
