This company renewed my faith is customer service. The product is great. The service was great. They were responsive. Returned the extra hardware I did not need. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Great product!

The additional hardware works perfectly. It was simple to install. The installation instructions were included within the regular kit. The pics are a little small but I was able to see the diagram and measurements. I loved having this option for hanging the lift.

Terrible customer service

Issues with the installer that they provided. They are believing the installer and not helping me out at all. I do not recommend using this lift or their installers at all. Terrible customer service.
