I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the item came apart the very first time it was used, which clearly indicates a defect in quality or manufacturing.

Training aid arrived promptly. Its well made however disappointing as on line reviews (eg BogenSport) indicate its use as a dry fire training aid like the Astra Shot Trainer. No mention is made of this in the Lancaster info but on arrival there is a note from manufacturer that it should not be used in this manner and in fact cannot realistically be set up in that way.
