Personalized Heart Medallion - Medium

I have ordered from this business in the past and have been satisfied. The engraving on the finished product didn’t look nearly as pronounced as it did on the “mock up”, it’s barely legible. If I had known that is was going to be barely visible on the final product I would have up-sized the charm. Before accepting the prototype I had my daughter look at it (who also agrees it is not a true depiction of the sample). The pieces are fairly expensive so I was very disappointed.
