Never received product and company won’t answer emails

I bought 2 grabtabs. They were very pretty as well as functional. The only problem with both of them is they only lasted roughly a week before they broke. I did try gluing the strap back onto the white slider but the still wouldn't hold. I gave a 2 star rating because they were pretty and would have been great if they would have stayed together.

Doesn't allow my phone to charge wirelessly
