Low Quality

I was so excited to purchase this piece. Sadly, they photographed it in completely different light than what it looks like in real life. As another reviewer shared, it has strong green undertones. But the biggest disappointment has been in the quality of the piece. The drawers, while they do have soft close, do not glide smoothly at all. You have to use a death grip to get the drawers open. Overall, it feels cheaply made and low quality. It's been disappointing and not worth more than 1 star.

Quality Issues + Poor Customer Service

As beautiful as this dresser is, the drawers function poorly. I feel like the quality doesn't match the price tag. I have purchased many items from McGee & Co over the years and have always appreciated the quality of goods they provide. I would like to believe that the dresser I have received is damaged and not just poor quality, but I am starting to question that. I have reached out to customer service multiple times over the last few weeks to resolve the issue and was only met with a lack of willingness to help simply because I cannot get a video showing all 6 drawers to send due to size of video. I have sent another video that shows the poor function, but it was unacceptable to them. I have never been more disappointed in a customer service response as I have been with Daniel. I hope to speak to a supervisor to get this issue resolved, but until then my business with McGee & Co has come to an end.

Timeless appeal

Absolutely beautiful and well-made. Love the slight curve as it adds uniqueness and the color + handles give off a very timeless look. I also want to give a positive mention of the customer service team at SM. They were able to help coordinate the shipping so it would arrive to the third party shipping company after my trip. Thank you so much!
