Titan 5230 Wax

I am new to testing this wax. While I have followed the instructions for this wax to a T, I am having a hard time getting this wax to cure without holes. I am hoping to do more research to figure out what is going wrong in my process. I have been using a heat gun 3-4x after curing to create smooth tops. I do find that the slabs are a little harder to use than the wax "pebbles" that I normally order, but have found that scissors or a knife can help get it separated.
