Leopard Print Stroller Wagon

Missing piece and no response

I’ve ordered from The Last Stag before and I love their products so I was super excited about ordering the Leopard Print wagon. However, once I got it put together, I realized one of the pieces was missing. One of the “buttons” to push to lift and lower the stroller handle was missing. I can’t lift or lower the handle. I emailed customer service a few weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. The wagon is beautiful and if I can get this issue resolved, I will be more than satisfied. It’s frustrating that I haven’t heard back from customer service but things happen and hopefully this can be worked out.

Bought this for the pool with my kiddos and im very pleased with it!

I was expecting it to be taller but i love the pattern. A bit difficult to open and pull the cover off and back on. Probably never going to put that cover back on and just store it folded. Sturdy wheels. The stroller handle is odd in that you need two hands to push the button on either side, but then you have to keep holding them while using... another body part to life the handle ? If you dont have someone with you it is a bit awkward to do.
