This gorgeous horn has beautiful tone. I get tons of compliments on it every outing. I am having fun learning how to use the second bell to best advantage. In Symphonic band, I used it for playing trombone cues, and in Jazz, I have used it in place of a mute because I haven't invested in one yet. I'm perfecting changing bells mid note to imitate the use of a plunger. One of my favorite birthday presents ever, and I didn't think anything would top my Wessex rotary cornet.
