I loved all these lashes. I’m a first time falsies user and I found them so easy to use. The lashes are light weight and stayed on my lids without any problems all day long! Also the kit has everything that you need but I recommend buying a full size glue.

Poor customer service for order that was not shipped or delivered - I placed an order for several items in late November and have had the worst customer service experience with this company as they respond to all inquires with an automated response stating that they will attempt to resolve the issue but have yet to do so as of Dec 21st. Their contact phone number is an empty phone number as they shared that there is no way to contact someone directly to inquire about my order. While I would have loved to gift these to someone for Christmas, they could not find my order nor track it down, nor did they offer to send it to me in time for Christmas. Very disappointed in the way they handled my purchase.

Horrible customer service. The glue was tiny in the box. Took a month to arrive.
