Love Amaya; theyre my favorite coffee roaster in all of the Houston area and probably Texas in whole. This bean is great as an espresso, drip, french press, or my personal favorite, cold brew. If you make it just right, the cold brew takes on a blueberry flavor, and it's divine. 10/10
