Amazing customer service!! Our boy Max managed to mangle his glider on one of its first flights. I reached out to HABA and they resolved our issue promptly and made the day/week/month of a six year old boy by replacing the glider because he broke the tail. So (word to the wise) styrofoam requires a delicate touch (especially the tail section) because there are two slots to vary the flight path!! Amazing toy!!!

HABA has the best customer service!! This plane is great but a wee bit delicate for our boy Max. The aft tail snapped off and the good folks at HABA received our email with much appreciated support. They were helpful and we are most grateful. The plane flies in two modes: straight and loop the loop.
